SPOTLIGHT ON:

@sushibybou_ is a most sublime 30 minute omakase experience.  The brainchild of Chef David, Michael Sinensky & Erika London, the original Bou opened at the @sanctuaryhotel and the newest location within the Jue Lan Club Asian restaurant.

Each seating is limited to 10 & 15 respectively, so kindly plan accordingly.  The experience is well worth it- heavenly omakase, tasty elixirs and a lively team of chefs.  And at least you can say with Bou Jue Lan open, they more than doubled their capacity.
